We are Fred & Ingrid.

For years we dreamed of having our own house in Spain. 

Always busy with our work, Fred with his own electrical installation company and Ingrid as practice manager in a dental practice.

We came to realize that our dream had to be lived and we should not postpone it anymore.

In 2021 we started looking at houses in the Valencia region in a very targeted manner, a long search that ended when we drove into the driveway here. 

A driveway of almost 200 meters, straight through its own olive grove, ending at the gate of the house that immediately made us fall in love. 

It was February, the sky was bluer than blue and it was 24 degrees, while in the Netherlands it was cold and bleak. 

After a second viewing, the deal was quickly closed and we became owners of our beautiful Casa Olivero estate.

It immediately became clear that the garage on the edge of the olive grove was the perfect place to turn it into a beautiful apartment. We expressed our ideas and incorporated them into drawings, and then hired a Spanish construction company to realize all our wishes. Slowly the garage turned into a beautiful apartment.
