What started as a garage now puts a smile on the face of everyone who steps foot over the threshold.

A garage with leaks in the roof, without electricity, without water and where a large steel garage door provided access. But we saw possibilities in this!

A beautiful facade to a cozy and fully equipped room, a beautiful bathroom, a beautiful terrace and a view of the olive trees from the bed. All our wishes have been realized.

Even though life in Spain mainly takes place outside, the apartment must also offer everyone a 'warm welcome' inside. We are very happy with the end result of the renovation, it was a success!
